About this trek

Dhukunda is our short weekend trek from the Joshimath side: a village start, a climb through forest to an open meadow with a camp, and a walk out the next day. Easy grading, a small group, and the same leaders who run our longer treks.

  1. Day 1

    Joshimath to the meadow camp

    Joshimath → road-head village → Dhukunda meadow

    A morning drive to the road-head and a climb through forest to the meadow camp. Route to be confirmed with the client.

  2. Day 2

    Meadow camp to Joshimath

    Dhukunda meadow → road-head → Joshimath

    Sunrise on the meadow, then the walk down and the drive back.
